Gregory Mugg has been in Commercial Real Estate since 1989 when he and David Fearn originally founded the Fearn Partnership,Inc. He is active in the Lakeland community and has served on the Boards of the Lakeland Downtown Development Authority, the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, the Central Florida Development Council and the Lakeland Yacht and Country Club. He is also active in the Kiwanis Club, Leadership Lakeland Alumni Association, and the Lakeland Economic Develpment Council. Having obtained a M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, he taught for 20 years and obtained the rank of Associate Professor of Psychology prior to beginning his real estate career. In addition to his responsibilities as the Broker and President of the Fearn Partnership, Greg has worked on a wide range of real estate transactions and projects including major development projects for large box retailers, long term government leases, commercial office leases as well as the restoration of Class A historic office buildings. Robert G. Wagner joined The Fearn Partnership in 1990 and specializes in the sale and leasing of all types of commercial properties. He also coordinates the business brokerage arm of the office, representing buyers and sellers in addition to performing business evaluations. He was the founding president and organizer of three commercial banks in Florida, having spent twenty-eight years in the business, twenty as chief executive officer. Bob is a graduate of Saint Leo University with a B.A. in Business Administration and Management and The School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University. He serves on the board of directors of the Florida Business Brokers Association and has completed two terms as president of the Tampa Bay Chapter. He carries the Certified Florida Business Intermediary designation as one of many individuals within the FBBA who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence by completing exhausting requirements of performance, education and testing to become CFBI's. John Corrigan joined the Fearn Partnership in 1991 and works both the commercial real-estate and business brokerage sides of the office. John spent 20 years with Piper Aircraft Corp. in both Pennsylvania and Florida in a number of engineering, planning, quality, and corporate management positions, and 4 years with Sooner Defense of Florida in program management and contracts administration management. An Industrial Engineer, John graduated from St. Louis University and Penn State University. He is a licensed pilot and past president of a Rotary Club. He is a member of the Florida Business Broker's Association and a representative to the Central Florida Development Council Business Development Committee and is a member of the Mayor's Citizen's Advisory Committee. Jerry Beavon has been in commercial real estate and business acquisitions for over 20 years. Prior to entering the real estate business, he was employed by a major international corporation holding positions as administrative director, manufacturing manager, and controller. He served local government as chairman of an aggresive airport authority. He has personally own retail and manufacturing businesses and he is a graduate of Youngstown University. Andy Wike joined the Fearn Partnership in January 2005. Prior to joining the Fearn Partnership, Andy spent 12 years in the Atlanta and Alpharetta Georgia market where he was active in the real estate market as a private investor, developer and business owner. His experience includes raising venture capital and private investment, raw land acquisition, planning, rezoning, construction and retail/restaurant operations.

Andy is married to Maryann Troiano, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D.A Troiano. Andy and Maryann have two children, Alex age 10 and Samantha, age 7.

Andy will be focusing on commercial properties and business brokerage operations. Andy is a graduate of Western Carolina University in North Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration.
